👀 Lately

Last weekend, we spent a day exploring Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the Tennessee side.

And this was my favourite shot!

Loved the layers and afternoon glow as the sun was setting over the mountains at Clingmans Dome.

🕵️ Recommendation Zone

🍽️ Eat and Drink

Nashville was a surprising hub of food, drinks and culture.

We popped by Joyland before heading to the airport to catch our flight back to Houston. This place came recommended from watching Somebody Feed Phil’s Netflix episode on Nashville.

And it didn’t disappoint.

The Crust Burger, Joystick (chicken on a stick) and waffle hasbrown were delicious.

📚 Read

I’ve been reading Tiny Experiments by Anne-Laure Le Cunff the last few weeks.

A great little book about how to stop chasing linear goals and start pursuing your curiosities.

It’s kind of been the inspiration to keep going with this substack adventure, treating it as a tiny experiment. And I’m glad I did!

Do you have a book you would recommend?

💬 Final Words

That’s all for today! See you next week
